Please follow guidelines stated in our abstract template which can be downloaded here.

Abstracts (.doc or .docx) can be submitted per E-mail to esops@jku.at.

 

Presentation Guidelines

The time for presentations is limited to 15 minutes plus a short discussion of an extra 5 minutes.

Lectures of invited speaker are allowed 45 minutes for presentation and discussion.

As presentation format Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 is preferred (older versions are supported), we do not have Apple hardware available (if you have no other option please bring your own MacBook).

Presentations have to be given to the IT technician at least in the break before the morning or afternoon session starts. 

 

Poster Guidelines

The maximum poster size is A0 (portrait), which means a height of 120 cm and a width of 84 cm. Mounting material will be provided at the Conference desk.
