Last Date for Author Registration
If you are an author of the paper(s), you must register before May 30th, 2021, so that your paper can be included in the program.
One full registration covers two papers.

When registering, you can only use credit card.
Cancellations/refund policy
For cancellations received by 30th of May 2021, the paid conference fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date or for no-shows. Possible bank/credit card charges for the refund will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organization without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to the conference chair Hans-Peter Bernhard (hans-peter.bernhard@jku.at).

Does each paper need a full registration or can I register several papers with one registration?
2 papers are covered by a full registration.
I am a student. Can I register my paper at discounted registration rate?
No. Per Conference policy, for an accepted paper to be included in Conference, it must be accompanied by a full registration. Discounted registrations can be used for attendance, but not for including of a paper in the conference. The conference is fully virtual and therefore any reduction based on attendance does not apply.
Can I register for a single day?
No. Per Conference policy, for an accepted paper to be included in Conference, it must be accompanied by a full registration.
Can I apply for an invitation letter for visa purposes?
No. The conference is fully virtual no physical attendance is possible.
