For the registration to BioEl 2020 the following steps are necessary:
1. Create a new user account via https://konferenzen.jku.at/bioel2020/user/register:
In this case you will get an e-mail with a link that leads you to a page where you can set a password.
Another option is to login via Shibboleth (available for JKU employees)
2. Login with your username and password via https://konferenzen.jku.at/bioel2020/user/login
3. Registration to the conference via "My registration" -> "Event registration"
Participants will receive an automatic confirmation of the registration. If you do not obtain anything, please send an email to bioel@jku.at to make sure that the Organizer has received your booking. Registration will only be effective on receipt of the registration fee or after authorization of credit card payment. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately to bioel@jku.at.
Registration fees
Registration fee includes conference registration + 7 night accommodation (breakfast and dinner included) at Hotel Sonnalp.
Partial registration is not available.
- Regular: 990 Euro
- Student: 680 Euro
- Accompanying person: 730 Euro
- Single room surcharge: 630 Euro

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be submitted in writing to bioel@jku.at no later than March 1, 2020 and is subject to a €50 credit card commission fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. All refunds will be managed after the conference. Author registration cannot be cancelled.
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to some other person whom you must indicate to us in your cancellation request (name, affiliation, address, email).
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the program, the speakers and the times of presentations. If the number of participants is insufficient, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Conference and all related products and/or services without any liability on his part.
