Registration for the conference must be done via the online registration system and one of the payment methods below. Participants will receive an automatic confirmation of the registration. Registration will only be effective on receipt of the registration fee or after authorization of credit card payment. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately to yess12@jku.at and linz.steam.education@gmail.com .

The following steps are necessary to register for the conference:
1. Create a new user account via https://konferenzen.jku.at/yess12/user/register:
In this case you will get an e-mail with a link that leads you to a page where you can set a password.
Another option is to log in via Shibboleth (available for JKU employees).
2. Login with your username and password via https://konferenzen.jku.at/yess12/user/login
3. Register for the conference via "My registration" -> "Event registration"
Please be aware, that according to the current regulations, 3G-rules apply for the conference. Due to the volatile situation of the global COVID19 pandemic, the organizers reserve the right to change the conference mode to hybrid or virtual in accordance with the latest legally applicable measures. In addition, 3G-rules might be reinforced if official regulations change.

A payment confirmation will be sent to registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be submitted in writing to yess12@jku.at no later than June 20, 2022 and is subject to a €50 credit card commission fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. All refunds will be managed after the conference.
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to some other person whom you must indicate in your cancellation request (name, affiliation, address, email).
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the program, the speakers and the time slots of the presentations.
If by any reason due to administrative restrictions as well as due to organizational circumstances (especially with regard to the Covid-19 situation) the conference has to be cancelled or modified, Conference Local Organizers shall not have any liability on their part. The cancellation due to organizational circumstances is in the discretion of the Local Organizers. In such a case, when the conference cannot take place then the registration fees will be refunded subject to €50 credit card commission fee.
