Registration and payment of fees will be absolutely necessary for attending ManLang (note that VMM requires a separate registration). The registration system charges in Euro (€). No registration will be considered until the payment is received. We list the conference fees in table below.

In order to ensure that your registration is processed quickly and correctly, the organizers request that you register by creating an account and then using the online registration form. Your credit card and personal information will be protected from unauthorized access by an online security system (SSL).

Registration (both full and student) includes the access to the conference sessions and the use of the conference facilities throughout ManLang, the conference package, lunches and refreshments during the conference breaks, a welcome reception, a conference dinner, and an excursion to the Ars Electronica Center. For student registrations we require that a student ID card is presented at the registration desk.

Registration of accompanying persons includes the same items except the conference package and the access to the conference sessions.

Please note, that at least one person per accepted paper must register early and in full (not as a student). Papers without a registered author will not be included in the proceedings.

The registration of accompanying persons costs 100 Euro and must be done until September 2, 2018.

Payments must be in Euro and can either be done by credit card or by bank transfer. For bank transfers, all transfer costs must be covered by the payer.

Once you completed the online registration, you will receive a registration confirmation. A receipt will be sent to you by email within a few days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be submitted in writing to manlang@jku.at no later than August 26, 2018 and is subject to a €50 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. All refunds will be managed after the conference. Author registration cannot be cancelled.

If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to some other person whom you must indicate to us in your cancellation request (name, affiliation, address, email).
