After finalization of your registration and payment the room reservation in the Bildungszentrum St. Magdalena will be done by the local organizers. No individual reservation of the rooms in the Bildungszentrum is needed.

Registration, payment and receipt

From this year on and due to legal regulations registration and payment for the Linz Seminar is carried out through the conference administration system of the Johannes Kepler University Linz. It will therefore be necessary to first create an account for the system and, as a second step, to register for the particular conference, i.e., the Linz Seminar 2019 (for detailed instructions see below).

There will be two options for payment - online payment (paypal, creditcard, EPS) or payment by invoice. You may choose your prefered option after having created your account and logging in into the Linz2019 seminar registration and payment page. After finalizing the registration and payment steps an e-mail, either containing the payment confirmation or the bill, will be sent to you by our university administration.

Detailed instructions for registration and payment

1. Create a new account by selecting "Create New Account" in the top menu of this page or directly by visiting the following page https://konferenzen.jku.at/linzseminar2019/user/register

Note: After having created your account you will receive an email with your account details containing a link for a one-time-login to the system allowing you to set your password. If you have clicked on the link and set your password, you will already be logged in to the system and may continue with Step 3 as described below.

Note: If your institution is a member of the Shibboleth network, this account may also be used for logging in to the system. It might even be that you will be automatically forwarded to the Shibboleth page when trying to create your account.

2. Login to the Linz2019 seminar registration and payment page with your new account credentials selecting "Login" in the top menu of this page or directly by visiting the following page https://konferenzen.jku.at/linzseminar2019/user/login

By completion of the six registration steps, your data is submitted to our university administration for further treatment.

Please note, that in the course of the process you will most likely receive several automatically generated emails confirming your progress in the registration and payment process as outlined above.

In any case, the very last e-mail should contain the payment confirmation or the bill. We would like to inform you that due to administrative reasons, this e-mail might be delivered with some time delay, i.e., up to a few days later after completion of your registration and payment process.

In case of any problems, in particular if you do not receive this final e-mail until seven days after transferal of your data, please send us a short notice to linz2019@flll.jku.at.
